Wuxue Branch of Hubei Guangji Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in October 2016. It is a pharmaceutical enterprise under Guangji Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. which mainly produces VB2 and sodium phosphate. There are more than 400 employees, 260 of whom have college or junior college education. Dai Yipeng, a national model worker and a representative of the Nineteenth National Congress, is an outstanding representative among the employees. In 2017 and 2018, profits totaled 139 million yuan and 221 million yuan respectively, showing a good development trend.
Wuxue Branch is mainly responsible for the production of vitamin B2 products. It mainly produces 95% DC version, 98% pharmaceutical Third Edition (USP/BP/EP), food grade, 98% feed additives, CP2015, IP2018 and other specifications. Its production capacity is concentrated in Dajin Biological Industrial Park, which is located at the mouth of Dajin Expressway, covering an area of 2001 mu, with a cumulative investment of more than 1 billion yuan. Yuan, has built a production line of vitamin B2 with an annual output of 2000 tons, including fermentation workshop, extraction workshop, bacterial strain station, saccharification workshop, sewage treatment plant, power station, gas supply station, testing center, etc. Riboflavin sodium phosphate workshop will also enter the garden for production.
The leading product of Wuxue Branch is pharmaceutical riboflavin, which has advanced production line and advanced production technology. Many technologies have won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress and the first prize of Hubei scientific and technological progress. Since 2016, under the leadership of General Manager Guo Shaozhi, the company has again tackled key technical problems and screened strains of producing bacteria. Breakthroughs have been made in the following aspects: selection, bacterial quantity control, adjustment and Optimization in fermentation process, innovation of fermentation base material formula, nitrogen supply and control in the middle and late stages of fermentation, extraction, acid-soluble and high-efficient pressing, recovery of centrifugal mother liquor and technological innovation and optimization of membrane filtration, improvement of starch sugar conversion rate and clarity, and optimization of environmental protection process. It has achieved subversive breakthroughs in Riboflavin Fermentation yield, extraction yield, production cost, environmental protection and safety, and comprehensive social and economic benefits, with strong market competitiveness.
